Week 4 Letters Drawings

• Craft : To create these letters I used the pen tool to make all the lines. I did help myself by turning on the rulers and guides which ultimately helped create the straighter lines and they also helped me when trying to give the letters a similar weight. I used the ruler for the most part to measure half an inch of weight for the letters. The curved letters, which I made by dragging the pen tool to create curved lines, were harder to give the same exact half inch weight. For the most part the letters have a least similar weight, but the have the same baseline and ascender line. 
• Composition: For the letters I just wanted the viewer to see a similar set of letters. I didn't want the viewer to see many different weights and heights since they are all supposed to be the same.
• Concept: The letters should make the audience feel new, young, innovative. We see more and more of these sharp and clean letters being used, which give and cleaner, more modern look.
